Took my wife’s X7 in for new tires and a front end alignment this morning. Was there for an 8:00 appointment, anticipating a 3-4 hour wait. My service advisor, Jeff Limthong, got me in and out in 90 alignment this morning. Was there for an 8:00 appointment, anticipating a 3-4 hour wait. Andrew is very professional and kept us updated throughout the entire time our car was in service department. Once I arrived, Blaire greeted me as I exited my vehicle and assisted me until my Service Advisor Andrew Johnson arrived. Blaire was personable and courteous. Andrew arrived and greeted me with a smile, he and assisted me until my Service Advisor Andrew Johnson arrived. Blaire was personable and courteous. Andrew arrived and greeted me with a smile, he reviewed my service history and went over my warranty information with me. Once complete, he escorted me to my loaner car, which was cleaned, gassed up and ready to drive. Andrew made sure I approved of the vehicle and gave me a tentative date on my completed service. Within 24 hours, I received a detailed video estimate of the repairs needed and suggested for my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, Andrew contacted me with an update on my vehicle in addition to confirming the timeline of completed service. Andrew followed up with me again prior to the pickup of my vehicle and offered additional no pressure service options. He allowed me time to think and follow up with him about the repairs that I wanted for my vehicle. On the day that my vehicle service was complete, I was notified promptly by Andrew and the service details were reviewed with me. At the least, I can honestly say that this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had with my vehicle thus far. The service was prompt and professional. From the technicians, to the service advisors, the entire staff makes you feel valued and appreciated and you trust them with your time and your money. Thank you Hendrick BMW! This was my first time having my vehicle here, or anywhere for that matter. Because it's electric and BMW I thought best to have my annual inspection with the local dealer.
