Jeff Limthong has been an outstanding Service Advisor! We left another Hendrick BMW location to travel farther to Northlake due to prior inadequate service. My wife was with me today when we dropped off We left another Hendrick BMW location to travel farther to Northlake due to prior inadequate service. My wife was with me today when we dropped off our BMW. She commented on how quick we were waited on and how Jeff went out of his way to show us a feature that we were not using correctly on our BMW.
