I bought a M5 from this location. I bought it here hoping my vehicle would have a proper place to be maintenanced. I ran into a few known issues with the vehicle year and model. Having him as my advisor makes it feel like I have a more personal experience than speaking with a different person every time. The manager Chris is also amazing. I have been able to reach out to Andrew with questions to get answers from a professional and take care of my car properly. His customer service is ideal and he takes his job seriously. I'm in a M car group who told me they have future visits planned. I told then they can't go wrong w the service here and ask for Andrew because he knows his stuff.
