My experience at Hendrick BMW of Northlake was phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful a phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful and followed up with me on a daily basis to ensure me that everything was on track and being taken care of. She went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth transition between my personal vehicle and loaner. She was super patient with me and went out of her way to get all my questions answered within a few hours time frame via text. Keep up the great work guys. Special thanks to Chris (Service Manager) for taking his time to follow up with me with some personal issues that had occurred in my loaner. He was kind, respectful and understanding.
