Hendrick BMW has a great sales staff and more importantly they have an amazing service department at least as long as you are fortunate to have Ms. Amanda Bradshaw assigned as your service rep. The first time I worked with her she was able to get my car towed, tire replaced. and me and my auto back on the road in less than 5 hours and I live about an hour from BMW Northkake. The recent recall should be straightforward. but to be sure I actually asked for Amanda to be my service rep. Again, unparalleled excellence — she made sure that the brake recall was completely done along with the other recall. 3 other service reps had mistakenly said the brake recall had been done, not done. done — quite a bit of confusion, but Amanda hot to the bottom of it. I have been purchasing BMW’s for over 40 years through different dealerships and have never had such outstanding service. Thank you Amanda! More
