Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Northlake. I've owned several BMW's, and when I moved to Charlotte, I started going to Northlake for service for my 2009 335i. It was getting up there in miles, so I was considering trading it in. A lot of women are worried to go car shopping - there's the stigma about not knowing enough about cars, or wondering if you're making the right decision. I love cars - I was proud of my 300 horsepower BMW baby, and I'm pretty educated about basic engine mechanics and knew what I wanted. But I've also bought cars in the past where salespeople make assumptions and the first thing they talk about is how great the storage is for groceries. At a regular service visit, I was checking out the new floor cars and Shannon approached me. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not at all like the "typical" salesman. He asked me what I was looking for in a car, rather than assuming. I didn't feel like he was talking down to me, and he didn't ask me if I wanted to bring my husband back (This has happened before!!!). He offered a test drive, but I was in a rush and honestly didn't have the time. He didn't push me for contact information, and understood that I didn't have a timeline in mind. He offered his help when I decided to come back in, and I went on my way. I returned a couple weeks later for a test drive of the 2014 335i, having called Shannon to see if he was available. Again, Shannon wasn't pushy at all. He took an interest in me as a person. We talked about the features I liked and didn't like, and was great when helping me choose what I wanted, rather than getting unneeded and unwanted extra amenities. That's when we went inside and I prepared myself for the hated sales talks. No one likes it, but Shannon and Brian made it incredibly easy. We just recently bought a house, so my credit rating had taken a hit and I wasn't sure how it would come out. Brian assured me throughout the entire process, and made a possibly painful experience into something that I could easily do again. Most importantly, since I was leasing and had never done so before, Brian helped me make the financial decisions that protected ME, which I am very grateful for. So the papers were signed, hands were shaked, I was in and out in two hours. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day, so my car was trashed. I had recently moved, so the car was still filled with random stuff, so it was kind of embarrassing. SHANNON HELPED ME CLEAN OUT MY CAR IN 15 DEGREE WINTER WEATHER. He definitely wins the extra mile award. He was also good about checking in a few days and a few weeks later, making sure I was happy with the car. Overall, 5 stars to Shannon, Brian, and the entire Hendrick Northlake BMW team for making the process easy and enjoyable. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and family. More

Back in August 2013 I stopped in to look at BMW X3 and X1. I talked to and worked with Shannon Hubert. He immediately made me feel comfortable not pressuring me. He answered all my questions and took me out on a test drive of both cars. I explained my intent to buy in the spring of 2014 and he was respectful of my decision. Over the next 4 months he would leave me vm letting me know when an X1 or X3 was available. Fast forward.... Two weeks ago I went to the dealership because I was ready to buy. Shannon was awesome. He took care of me and made my purchasing experience painless. In fact, he helped me make the decision to purchase a great 2013 loaner X1. He has also taken the time to follow u with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and answer and questions I may have. Shannon is a true asset to your organization. More
I set up an appointment yesterday to see a CPO 5 series today at 1:30 Savannah at the Northlake location. She let me know that the car was at the Charlotte location but would be delivered to the Northlake today at 1:30 Savannah at the Northlake location. She let me know that the car was at the Charlotte location but would be delivered to the Northlake dealership in time for my appointment. It was very important that I let them know if I was going to be late or cancel as I will be meeting with a "manager" and that they work on an appointment basis. Savannah called not once but TWICE this morning to confirm my appointment. I walked in at right at 1:30 and no one seemed to know why I was there. They were looking for a sales person to help me and introduced me to Dane. I let them know I was there to see a specific car and they had me sit in an office for 15 minutes while they scrambled. Dane and Matthew both let me know that they had just gotten off the phone with the service department in Charlotte. The car was "just about ready" and they could have it in Northlake in about 40 minutes. I told them I'd be back to see the car today so, please have it delivered. Dane called me about 40 minutes later to let me know that the car will be in the shop until Tuesday and he'd call me to let me know when to come look at it. I have wasted half of my day dealing with these people. It does not appear that they have much internal communications and even more troublesome - are not completely honest. Purchased a pre-owned 2012 BMW 328I from Raj Patel at BMW Northlake. I came in two weeks ago looking for my wife a birthday bmw but was unsure which would fit her driving patterns. After the education of features on the lot, we came in and looked at cars across Hendricks network of dealerships. After narrowing down what we thought we would like, they let us take it for an extended period to test drive on our own. We ended up spending more $ than originally planning which is a great thing. Instead of "liking"the car because it was what we asked for...we ended up "loving" it because it absolutely fits us. We worked with Greg through the finance process and he was very helpful and nice for the full 2 weeks of shopping as he matched us up with a loan. This dealership is top notch and we will definitely be back to give them another shot at earning our business on a bmw again! Oh...and we had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us throu the whole process so the snacks and drinks were extremely helpful. More
