I came in several times with a long list of questions that I had sent ahead. He had done his homework and had all the answers to the numerous questions and where he was not an expert on a particular item he made arrangements for me to speak with the expert. He had me talking to all kinds of people. That allowed me to get very detailed explanations and make an informed choice. He was extremely responsive in returning calls and never pressured me...and I took a good month to make my purchase decision. After the purchase he has followed up to ensure that I'm happy and offered to set up appts to learn more about my car if necessary. As a woman buying a car alone I can honestly say this was the only car purchase in my life that was actually pleasant. Yes, pleasant. Ask for Darryl....he'll take good care of you! More

I bought a 2007 BMW with 80,000 miles on it for $20,000.00 less than a year ago from Northlake. It looked great and drove good. I have had the service engine soon light come on twice. $5,000.00 la $20,000.00 less than a year ago from Northlake. It looked great and drove good. Went in for an oil change and they gave me an estimate for over $4,000.00. Unbelievable! Now I know why he's a millionaire! Stay away from Hendrick BMW! More

We went into the dealership with a clear intent, we knew exactly what we wanted, but would they give it to us?Well, as for my trade in, they gave me more than what I expected.As for the price of the car, after some back and forth negotiations,I payed exactly what I wanted to pay.Amazing!!!
