Purchase of 2019 BMW 430i I was familiar with the dealership for a short.time. I relocated. to NC a year ago and was glad to find a dealer.close by. I brought my car in for service a couple times and really liked how the staff treated customers; always smiling and willing to help. I was on my way out after getting my car serviced and I was approached by Carl, in sales. He asked me if I had a salesman I told him no. He handed me his card and and told me to come see him if I was interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I decided to come back and take look around. What I like about Carl was he was not pushy, he allowed me to look around, and if I had questions to let him know. I really appreciated that!! He was the best part of my experience. So, if anyone is interested in a vehicle used or new I highly recommend Carl Busby!!! More

My family has had a most immoral, blatantly penny pinching, sordid, non-customer oriented sales experience from Hendricks Northlake, again... for the My family has had a most immoral, blatantly penny pinching, sordid, non-customer oriented sales experience from Hendricks Northlake, again... for the 2nd time with new vehicles. We left Hendricks a couple of years ago in favor of a dealership 100 miles away exactly for the same cheap, nickel & dime, dark alley type sales demonstrated on Saturday. Just ruthless. Buyer beware. More
