Top Notch Customer Service (as usual) In this current state of affairs, I was skeptical about taking my car to the dealership for service and potential repairs... as soon as I arrived Eric In this current state of affairs, I was skeptical about taking my car to the dealership for service and potential repairs... as soon as I arrived Eric Oram and the Hendrick BMW service team eased my fears... from the social distancing to the cleanliness and sanitizing of the consulting areas, my experience today was the ultimate BMW experience. I had to get a loaner and when Eric presented it to me, it had been cleaned and sanitized. My check in was swift, social distance conscious and almost contact free. Eric touched bases with me throughout the day to keep me abreast of my service and and status of my repairs. I was contacted before the end of business on the same day of drop off that my car was ready... as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Eric with my car sanitized and it perfect condition. I appreciate the care that the Hendrick BMW team takes each and every time I visit the dealership, but this visit was definitely above and beyond!!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond. More
