I liked to say it may be a great time to buy a vehicle if you feel you’re financially stable. I know we are on lock down due to the virus but I believe bmw northlake will work around any of your issues durin you feel you’re financially stable. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and worked out a deal via cell phone... I left a message on their site for the deal I was looking for on the vehicle I liked. I was contacted by the Internet team the next morning. The internet team referred me to the store mgr Antoine S. I worked out the deal over the phone with Antoine. I walked into the dealership a few hours later & test drove the vehicle with salesmen Nathan who was very accommodating & knowledgeable. Afterwards I signed the papers with the exact deal that was discussed over the phone, no extra bs. The finance mgr Shane W. was efficient & speedy with the contract session. I will even shout out Candy & Sandy at the front desk very kind & patient. The bmw genius crew(Tyler & can’t remember the first guys name) were the best answering all of my questions about my car. I know the coronavirus has us down. However, if you’re in the market for a car & have health concerns, Bmw Northlake is there for you. I’m loving my purchase even if all I can do is peek at it sitting in the garage!! Lol. - Vanessa More

My first visit here with the BMW staff. I loved it, they were very professional and friendly. Brad Beard took care of me from point A - Z. Broke parts on a recall fix and refuse to fix it. **UPDATE** Please take a picture of your car before you service it. The Techs will not believe you. I had a very bad time with Jeff Day, he claimed my Glove Box died coincidentally while in their shop during a recall fix, he then would offer a discount on fixing it. An Airbag warning flashed after they "Fixed" it, indicating something was now faulty in the airbag electronic system. And without a picture off my dash screen prior I cant understand how my screen is completely scratched as if with a key, not heat damage. They have Claimed this recall does not include removing the dash or any work near the glovebox. I am following up on this claim with multiple other dealerships. This was unacceptable, and after waiting a week to get in contact with someone above the situation I finally was given to Patty who listened and understood the problem. She has helped me out with my glovebox repairs and Hopefully can assure my BMW is safe for the road with no more airbag Faults. Patty is the reason i am updating this review. I did not take pictures of my car beforehand which would have made trusting me easier, instead of having to do this and write negative reviews because no one will believe me, listen to me or understand coincidentally breaking in your shop is not a good good look and is not believable. Great Service I recently needed a small part for my car. He took it upon himself to make sure all of the repairs identified on my vehicle 🚗, were properly addressed. I was so happy 😀 to have my vehicle reassigned to Andrew, because he is the true status of a “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR”! We need more service people like Andrew.
