I scheduled service for my 740I online and requested a loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one. loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one. The maintenance was good and thorough. I was disappointed the car was not recharged during the three days it was there. Delivery left vehicle battery at less than 4 miles and used a third of a tank of fu the car was not recharged during the three days it was there. Delivery left vehicle battery at less than 4 miles and used a third of a tank of fuel to return. I was notified the car was sitting so low and needed to be charged immediately. I didn’t find out until several hours later when I went to check on it. It was plugged in for charging at that time. More
