Great experience at Hendrick BMW Northlake My wife and I drove 6 hours to visit Hendrick BMW Northlake to purchase a vehicle. It was a few months ago when Covid-19 started hitting the U.S. I h My wife and I drove 6 hours to visit Hendrick BMW Northlake to purchase a vehicle. It was a few months ago when Covid-19 started hitting the U.S. I had an outstanding experience with 2 professionals who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during this crazy time. Cole Benincase was our Client Advisor and was top notch. He had excellent communication throughout the entire purchasing process with text/calls/emails and was very accommodating. He got us in and out of the dealership in under an hour, so we could get back on the road for a long drive home. Also, Shane Weaver, the Financial Sales Manager, was excellent. He had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we arrived. He properly filed all paperwork and mailed to our home state and we didn't miss a beat when we registered our car back home. Thanks guys for top notch service. I would drive 6 hours again to purchase a vehicle from you. Keep up the great work! More

Andrew did an excellent job of explaining the inspection process and results. My only suggestion would be eliminate the need to sign a work order.
