Managers aren't calling me back I had a complain to make while I was at that dealership for service on my car. I was promised that one of the sales manager (service manager wasn't i I had a complain to make while I was at that dealership for service on my car. I was promised that one of the sales manager (service manager wasn't in) would come and talk to me. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and nobody came. I asked a second time to speak to a manager, and again nobody came. I called the next day from home to talk to the General Manager. He never called me back!!! More

I made contact with Hendrick BMW on Monday morning, negotiated a deal with a trade in and price on a new car.
