Andrew did an excellent job of explaining the inspection process and results. My only suggestion would be eliminate the need to sign a work order. I scheduled service for my 740I online and requested a loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one. loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one.
