Hans, my salesman, and his manager Dane were great to work with buying my new car. If you enjoy driving on expired temporary tags for months on end, calling a business that never answers their phones, and never having anyone return your phone calls then this is the dealership for you. Afte on end, calling a business that never answers their phones, and never having anyone return your phone calls then this is the dealership for you. After numerous attempts to ascertain when I would be receiving my tags I was told to just drive on the expired ones and the dealership would pay for my tickets. My husband spoke to the general manager to try to find out when we would be receiving our tags and the GM told my husband he would call him back by close of business that day - that was almost 3 weeks ago and he still hasn’t received that call. We talked to Hendrick Corporate Customer Care who said the dealership would be calling us to follow up. We’ve received a phone call from customer care about every 1.5 weeks asking if the dealership has reached out yet and promising that we will be hearing from them. So we’re still here with expired temporary tags because the dealer claims they cannot issue a second set of tags and no one wants to tell us the status of our permanent tags. I would never buy a vehicle from a Hendrick dealership again. More
I get my current BMW's serviced here and enjoy their service so of course while looking for my new X7, I started with my local dealership which is where the enjoyment ends. After inquiring, Cole was my service so of course while looking for my new X7, I started with my local dealership which is where the enjoyment ends. After inquiring, Cole was my sales guy and getting him to respond was like getting corn unstuck from my teeth. We finally made our way into the dealership and I was greeted with a less than happy to assist me type attitude. We looked at the only X7 on site, I loved it and we sat down to talk. Cole was more occupied in smiling and waving at other passing by than giving us the attention we deserved and brought his manager Dane over pretty quickly which is where we went even further downhill. I have never been spoken down to in quite that way, but Dane really brought back the feel of a typical used car dealer where I was just a dumb customer that did not know what I wanted and he was going to school me. We walked out of the dealership and my wife quickly said that she felt that both Dane and Cole didn't act like we could even afford that car and had no desire to make a sale. This was enough for me to write the GM to let know and take my business elsewhere. We did purchase a new X7 three days latter from another BMW dealership which got my great reviews. Hendrick BMW in charlotte (both locations) has lost my business More
Eric Oram is the best. He keeps you informed and provide feedback while your car is in service. Eric, also greets you personally when you drive in the Bay Area as well when your car is ready, he finds you feedback while your car is in service.
