Jeff Day is such a great respresentative of this dealership. He takes such good care of his customers at the service department, and I wil continue to go to this dealership for the service of my 2 dealership. This is no real complaint, but I thought someone might be interested in hearing of my experience last month.... I have been driving BMWs since 1990, and most of them were purchased from Hendrick BMW here interested in hearing of my experience last month.... I have been driving BMWs since 1990, and most of them were purchased from Hendrick BMW here in Charlotte. My 2001 740iL, which was my 4th BMW (and second 7 car), finally wore out, and I HAD to buy another one. The cost of the repairs were higher than the value of the car. I went to the Hendrick North Lake store to see what was available, but sadly, after walking around the lot, nobody came out to help me, so I went across the street to the Hendricks Mercedes lot to see if anyone was interested in my business over there. Again, nobody seemed to want my business. A few minutes later, a family member finally convinced me to try an Infiniti dealership where they get their cars, Someone approached me immediately, REALLY worked for my business, and I drove away with my first non-BMW in over 30 years. I prefer German cars, especially 7 series BMWs, and this car that I bought feels really awkward, but it is what it is. More
Today we took our car to dealership for service. We were greeted with hospitality, smiles and warmth as always. I didn’t know how those same smiles would leave a lasting impact on us. We came in We were greeted with hospitality, smiles and warmth as always. I didn’t know how those same smiles would leave a lasting impact on us. We came in for a routine oil change and left with so much more. While waiting for our car, my son and I were in the lobby at a table coloring. Then I saw a look in my son’s eyes that’s all too familiar. I didn’t know I was screaming until I heard my own voice. I’m typically a private person but I couldn’t keep this to myself. While at the dealership my son had a seizure and those around us went into action to assist my child. I didn’t feel alone and I didn’t even know some of the names of individuals helping us. There was a lady and man in the waiting area who helped me get my son onto the floor and turn on his side. As a mother seeing your child hurting is a horrible feeling and I was an emotional wreck. We were surrounded by genuine people who cared. They were tremendous and I am so grateful. Mr. Carl Busby stayed by our side until help arrived. Mrs. Amanda Bradshaw was amazing. She step in to hold my hand and let me know it would be okay. I remember another lady there and I just grabbed her hand and she comforted me. I had my son’s medicine to stop his seizure in the car. They ran to get it out of vehicle. There were people I didn’t get a chance to thank for helping me with my son. I wish I knew all the people involved names. Sometimes we get caught up with the world and we might think the world is turning bad. However today showed me there’s a lot of GREAT people left in the world. From the bottom of my heart I can’t say Thank You enough. I went in to have my car serviced but we left with so much more. People showing KINDNESS. More
I took my Bmw M3 in for service and Brad Beard was my service advisor. He got me checked in quickly, and kept me updated with the parts i was having installed. Taylor was the technician working on my car service advisor. He got me checked in quickly, and kept me updated with the parts i was having installed. Taylor was the technician working on my car and did an amazing job and was very fast. I would highly recommend anyone to use the service department at BMW Northlake. More
