Our 2012 328 which we purchased new was recently in the Service Dept for a new battery, brakes and tires. Amanda Bradshaw was our service advisor and did a great job working with us to keep our 328 running Service Dept for a new battery, brakes and tires. We appreciate her attention to detail and will definitely return when service is needed. By the way, the battery that we replaced was the original battery, 9 years and over 100k miles. Great car! Leased a 2022 Z4 from Hendrick BMW and my salesperson, Carl Busby was FANTASTIC! He is friendly and gave us a fair deal with no issue. Every staff member there was super friendly and positive.
