I took my Bmw M3 in for service and Brad Beard was my service advisor. He got me checked in quickly, and kept me updated with the parts i was having installed. Steer clear of this dealership! The client advisors and managers are incompetent and it will end up costing you thousands. They will lie about what deals they can make happen and not tell you about factor managers are incompetent and it will end up costing you thousands. They will lie about what deals they can make happen and not tell you about factory incentives. When you reach out to try and rectify the situation the sales manager Dane Hagy will be rude, combative, and condescending. He told me he would brief the GM and have him reach out to me, but that didn't happen either. I love my BMW, just do yourself a favor and purchase it elsewhere!! More
I had an emissions recall on my BMW. Their staff who scheduled this (back in December) told me it would take 'around four hours' but when I arrived, they told me it could take much longer / possibly int scheduled this (back in December) told me it would take 'around four hours' but when I arrived, they told me it could take much longer / possibly into the next day. The service person who checked me in mentioned he was upset they had told me this. As the customer, I was upset as well! Before they got started, he also told me these repairs sometimes have issues. The repair did have an issue, and took 6.5 hours. I chalked this up to 'first world problems' and was just thankful it was ready, so I could head home (we do not live close to this dealership, but needed to make the appointment at a dealership due to the recall). When the service person opened my door for me to get in, a part fell off! He was able to get a tool from their shop and repair it in the parking lot. A little unexpected / concerning. Then when I got into the car, the screen showed it was still 'calibrating' a part. He said he would drive it around the block and this would fix it. He jumped in and took off - with my pocketbook in the passenger seat ..including my credit cards and phone -thankfully he came back within a few minutes. My SUV is running fine now (though it was also running fine before I took it in for the recall service). I realize with Covid, most places are short staffed -- and this service person was very friendly, and tried to help as best he could throughout the entire day - even chatting with me in the waiting area for quite a while. However, this experience overall was just not what I was expecting. Better communications from their scheduler last month would have benefited me / my visit immensely. Although the recall service was 'free' it cost me much more time than what I had allotted for the day- which has more value to me. *Also, technicians should check that car parts are securely reinstalled before returning the vehicle to the owner. *to note, before buying this BMW, I had an Audi SUV for several years and had received really great service at the Audi dealership in this same complex. So that is the level of service I was expecting this past weekend. Possibly different owners between the Audi and BMW dealerships in this complex. More
