Getting service used to be easy but not anymore. When you call service department you are now routed to a Hendrick call center and their first response is “we can make an appointment for you at on When you call service department you are now routed to a Hendrick call center and their first response is “we can make an appointment for you at one of our locations a couple of weeks out “. I showed up at Northlake BMW and again first response was to come back in a few days. This is not the first time I’ve encountered that. Thankfully, once I was able to talk to Matt who was in charge of the service scheduling things improved. , he LISTENED to my need and he hooked me up with advisor Andrew Johnson. From now on, I will only deal with Andrew. He was sharp and “gets it.” Once I was with Andrew, life became easy. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. Service is expected to be top notch at a luxury brand… those are the expectations when you buy one of their cars. I don’t know if they need more techs, more loaner cars or whatever. The customer shouldn’t need an axe in the pocket like Matt and Andrew to fet the service that should be standard. My wife has had zero issues with getting service at Toyota. More
