I scheduled service for my 740I online and requested a loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one. loaner and although when I arrived your system did not show the reserved loaner, the Service team accommodated and went above to ensure I had one.
