Brought my new BMW in for a “check engine light” that came on unusually. Cole (our salesman) was instrumental in getting us in and taken care of quickly. I went in for my first oil change on our new BMW yesterday. Was greeted by name and escorted to my service advisor Andrew. Even though the service takes a bit longer than the fly by night oil change places, I know every bit of my car had been inspected for good working order and that my oil change was done correctly. I love receiving the videos of the car inspection along with the advisor going over details. Thanks you for all your attention to details from the time you drive the car in for service to when you are escorted back to your clean car! More
