Just wanted to write a quick review for Hendrick BMW Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and did Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and didn’t want to get out of it unless there was a carbon black combo. With only 4 2024’s remaining, Carl was able to find my dream combo of carbon black with cognac. It’s absolutely beautiful. Some could call it luck but I would call it diligence and great customer service. This is my 5th BMW and each time I can count on Carl to get exactly what I’m looking for delivered with a smile, attention to detail and professionalism. Hendrick had the BMW I wanted, and despite being 5 hours from home, the process was easy and without issues. Carl Busby provided everything I needed and I was able to do most at home online.
