John Prillaman in the service department has always been very courteous and attentive to our maintinance schedule and makes us feel very special in spite of the heavy schedule that appears to be happening in the service dept. We have recommended this dealer to three neighbors who had not previously owned an Acura but did purchase one after talking to Sylvester and other staff members at Performance. We will continue to do so. We love our new 2013 RDX! More
