This was my fourth car purchased at this dealer and the experience has always been "great". The sales staff are always low-key, not pushy, so that I never feel intimidated into buying a vehicle. They make a great effort to help my wife and I understand all the new electronics of the current models. John Prillaman in the service department has always been very courteous and attentive to our maintinance schedule and makes us feel very special in spite of the heavy schedule that appears to be happening in the service dept. We have recommended this dealer to three neighbors who had not previously owned an Acura but did purchase one after talking to Sylvester and other staff members at Performance. We will continue to do so. We love our new 2013 RDX! More

Les was outstanding to work with when we purchased the 2013 RDX. Les worked swiftly and efficiently to expedite the lengthly pile of paperwork required to purchase the car. I bought my first Acura from Performance Acura over eight years ago. The entire process then was low pressure and everyone was friendly. Every time I had my car serviced, the staff were friendly and profes years ago. The entire process then was low pressure and everyone was friendly. When it came time to part ways with my 8 year old Acura, I went back to Performance I received the same great treatment as before. They make sure that someone is helping you, everyone meets you with a smile, and makes sure you are comfortable. And they double-check with you on every level once you have talked to a salesperson, had service performed, or bought a car to make sure you were treated appropriately and were satisfied with the experience.
