I usually do not have a very positive experience at Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had a positive experience, even though I had to wait 4 hours until the work was complete. I did not feel judged or pressured by Kevin. He has a very calming, friendly presence and was able to explain everything to me. He did offer transportation so I did not have to wait there. Overall, I am willing to continue bringing my car for service, but I will be requesting Kevin. More

The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls.
