My car needed significant repair. The pistons and rings went bad far earlier than they should have. Yesterday, when we went to pick the car up, Tom showed us pictures of the engine before and after. He asked his supervisor if there was any way we could get the total price down a bit. He approved some money off the tires and some off the labor. Tom also had the car detailed. I'm so happy that $7800 later, my ten year old car drives like it is two years old. When I first learned my engine was almost gone at only 121,000 miles, I thought I would never buy another Toyota. I have had Toyotas for 45 years and were always happy with them. But Tom's kindness and care completely helped to change our minds about leaving the Toyota family. More
