Acknowledgment of customers when they come into the service area adds to the customer experience. Service advisors should not try to Coach a 5 star review out of a customer, somewhere in the systematics this rating system is off. Toyota has been a dependable brand overall. More

Lack of follow up on services/approvals. I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me.
