My car needed significant repairs. Tom took pictures of the engineer issue and explained what needed to be done, He gave us almost a week to decide whether to go ahead or junk it for the parts. We have owned Toyotas for nearly 50 years and they never fell apart at 121,000 miles. But we also understand that sometimes parts can be faulty. But if it weren’t for Tom, we would never buy another Toyota. He called us regularly to report progress on the repair, showed us before and after pictures, and saved us a little money. My car is running great now.
