I was scammed Came in for 20k maintence. Which is free. He said I was a couple week past the expiration date. He said there's no 'grace' period. I go home. Google it. And of corse Toyota has Which is free. He said I was a couple week past the expiration date. He said there's no 'grace' period. I go home. Google it. And of corse Toyota has a 500 mile 3 month grace period. Did I get double charged? Probably. This is dishonest! More

I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with people, both personally and through my work in law enforcement. I can honestly say this dealership operates at a completely different level. From the moment I obtained first RAV4 to my first service visit, the professionalism and attention to detail stood out. During my maintenance appointment, I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated...something I don’t often experience. The team made the entire process smooth and comfortable, and even took the time to walk me back to my car, which was a first for me. Also, small detail but it stood out they even gave me a free car wash with a quick fist bump. Subtle, but a nice touch. I don’t usually fill out surveys, but the level of service here absolutely warranted it. More

The service was great ! But my car was left unlocked in the parking lot ?? after the service was provided. All cars should be secured in the parking lot. They took good care of my car.
