Almost 2 hours for oil change. Peter was so overly busy that he failed to point out a few things that needed attention. I did not discover until I was home. I can’t say enough good things about Darrin at Heiser Toyota. I found a car I wanted so badly but I’m in another state so I was prepared for that to be difficult. I also was coming off a bad dealership experience elsewhere so hesitant is the perfect word for what I was feeling. I got so incredibly lucky when Darrin was the one who reached out. He stayed at work until 10pm helping me get together everything I needed to so he could get me in the car. I drove 5 hours to Heiser & wow. Darrin was great over the phone but even better in person. He had so much patience, kindness & he knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars. I never felt pressured or like I was getting in over my head. He made sure to ensure I was comfortable with everything & also confident in what I was purchasing. I can’t say enough good things about him. That dealership truly has a gem in Darrin & I would recommend Heiser- and especially Darrin- to anyone! I’m home in MI with my car & couldn’t be happier. More

I really felt overcharged. I'm not sure if he took off for my already paid for oil changes. But the bill is not easy to read. So I can't tell what I paid for or not. And spark plugs plus the diagnostic on my rear, thought it might of been a caliper sticking but the tech said it was my wheel bearing. More

I will review you guys when I feel you did something very poorly or something exceptional. I don't feel like there is anything extraordinary anytime I come there. It feels average. The cashier lady is super nice though. I love the way she greets people when they come in. She deserves a 5 star but rating the dealership I would give it a 2-3. The inspections are very poor as well. I have brought my truck there 3 times now and no one has mentioned my damaged skid plate. If I wasn't a tech I would have never known and check the adjustment on my drum brakes. It's not hard. Spin the wheels. It's the little extra things that matter and I feel it is average when I come in. More
