Sh We recently purchased a certified 2017 Toyota Camry SE (with 14k miles on the odometer) from Heiser Toyota, with Becky Herbel as our sales person. She was very responsive to our initial on-line inquiry and was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership one week later. Becky knew the vehicle well and while we were on the test drive, she pointed out all of the key features, in addition to the benefits of buying a "Toyota Certified" vehicle. Price negotiation was simple, direct, and took only ten minutes. After we agreed in principle, my wife and I left for lunch while the car was cleaned and detailed, and all of the paperwork, including the purchase contract, was prepared. After we returned, it took less than 30 minutes to complete the transaction. Becky was very professional and helpful during the entire process. It was the second vehicle that we purchased from Heiser Toyota, and both experiences were quite positive (no surprises, and very professional behavior from all people that we encountered). Since our purchase one week ago, our Camry has performed beautifully, as expected, which seemed to affirm our decision to purchase a Camry. More
