When we arrived, we had to wait over half an hour before someone attended us. I purchased a used vehicle, and there was an issue with the gas cap, unable to open, and when I brought it into the shop, they t someone attended us. When I went to check in, I had to wait 15 minutes because there wasn't enough people working. They got me checked in by the computers were very slow and staff complained about them.
