This dealer did offer a good price on it, lower than the prices of other Milwaukee area dealers. The desk staff is friendly. On a couple of service visits, the service performed however was not satisfactory to me. On the first occasion (an oil change) a promised car wash was not done, supposedly because there was no one around to wash the car. On the second occasion, (front end alignment),I was told that my complaint of the car veering to the right was not valid, supposedly because "the specs on your car are dead on". It stll veers to the right slightly. I did pay for the alignment service. I have driven two Camrys and two Corollas prior to this current car. I am 55 years old. I think I would have some familiarity with how Toyota cars drive. My 2007 Chrysler minivan tracks straighter on the road than this Camry. More

Just purchased car July 31, 2010. Had some scratches on it when we purchased it and was told to bring back in for repairs, free of charge, when I could. Service Representative Ms. Baker was outstanding. She is friendly, competent, and energetic (in the best since of the word). She pointed out a nail in one of my tires that I was totally unaware (of). The entire buying experience was quick and painless. I had already done some pricing research and the initial discount offered from list price was fair and equatable. The offer on the trade was also fair. Even after the sale, bonuses including water park tickets and service discounts were provided. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I am very happy with my new Prius! More
