When my used Camry was brought in for service, it was no longer worth fixing. The folks in the service department directed me over to sales, where Luke was very eager to help me find a new car. Two days later I came to pick it up and even though the power went out numerous times, everyone was very helpful. I was able to get my car that day and I am very happy with my purchase. Corey was one of the most efficient and adept service advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished u advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished up with the parts/warranty paperwork after I was gone - love that! Less than 24 hrs after I ordered a cracked luggage rack piece he had it in stock and called me today - that took 7 days last time. Great experience. We were very excited about purchasing a Toyota because of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the Prius and similar service relationship. We brought our Prius in for our 5,000 mile service. We had problems with service form the beginning. The manager said we were not part of the service program which we had bought with out new car. He sad the prius should not be brought in until 10,000 miles. When my wife asked him to look at the headlights because they were aimed too low, he said it was fine and it was just wrong because she was a woman. When she demanded that he look at them he said everything was fine and that he adjusted them, but he did not. We had tested the headlights at an intersection near our house before going in for service, the lights did not cross the intersection. After the service manager said he had fixed it we tested it again, the lights did not cross the intersection. This service manager was very rude and condescending to my wife. Unfortunately since the sales people were very nice we purchased the pre paid service plan and will have to deal with this service manager again. It it fortunate for Heiser that Sommers does not sell Toyota. More
Heiser was wonderful! We shopped another dealer previously, and the experience was awful. That dealership was not willing to work with us on our trade or move anywhere near an acceptable price. Heiser gave us a fair price on our trade (3,000 more than the other dealership) and gave us a price on the new van that was well below the other dealership. Heiser's website was also very helpful in preparing for purchasing a new vehicle. The bottom line pricing takes all the stressful guess work out of the how much the bottom line will be, and the options are all clearly listed. We were able to come to the dealership with our list of vans we wanted to look at, and we already knew the price and options for each. The Heiser staff was all very helpful when we arrived. James Hicks, our salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating! He showed us all the options, articulated the differences in the two vans we were looking at, and was so flexible with our timeline. I will definitely recommend Heiser to others! The bummer is -- we do not live close to Heiser so we will likely use another service department. However, we have not ruled out Heiser just because the experience was so positive. The drive might be worth it. Thanks so much for the great experience, AND the new van is great. More
