No one was pushy about anything, and Al put all of our options in front of us as far as the vehicle we were looking for (i.e. heated seats, mud flaps, navigation). He showed us all of the features we could have in a vehicle, and after picking the ones that were a priority for us, Al called around to other dealerships to see what he could find. He found us exactly what we were looking for, and there were no surprises when we came back to buy. The staff was straight forward about all of the warranties and features of the car. I feel like I could go on and on about how great of an experience we had at Heiser Toyota. More
