I commend and would recommend the Heiser Toyota dealership. Our purchase experience was outstanding due to the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail given by our sales representat dealership. Our purchase experience was outstanding due to the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail given by our sales representative, Shirley Jankowski. Initially, what brought us to Heiser was the television advertisement which implied a trustworthy, hassle-free deal with a fair and good price. I was impressed by the prompt, courteous greeting when we entered, and the fact that we were promptly introduced to Shirley. We knew we wanted a new Camry LE, as we were very satisfied with our 2006 model, so she took us to view the models on the lot and then for a short test drive. Afterwards, we discussed and were offered a price to consider. As a consumer, we chose to check another dealership before deciding. I can honestly say we came back to Heiser because of Shirley's professionalism both in attitude and appearance....that applies to Bill Lawrence, Joe Vicari, Jr. and Frank Balderston, as well. (The other dealership we visited totally lacked any of that in its staff, making me want to run all the way back to Heiser) It was a pleasure to walk into a clean building with a staff that looked and acted as they should, geared to outstanding customer service, and ready to make a deal to suit the customers needs and wants. Shirlely, Bill, Joe and Frank proceeded to work with us to conclude our purchase to our complete satisfaction. Upon picking up our vehicle, Shirley again went over the features of the Camry, offering help with any questions we might have, took us to the Service Department, and went above and beyond in making our experience a positive one. I was very impressed by the fact that the new car manager and business mangers made a point to come out and introduce themselves during our visits, and again, appearancewise, they looked the part. The one thing I admit to not enjoying in a car purchase is industrywide, in that I wish when one picks the model they want the lowest price possible would just be given instead of all the back and forth between the sales person and the manager....even with that dislike that I have, Heiser Toyota and Shirley could not have handled it better. We are totally enjoying our new Toyota, and look forward to stopping in for our 5000 mile/6months check-up. Keep up the good work, Heiser Toyota!! More

After spending all day test driving cars, it was a welcome relief to meet a salesman I didn't feel was pressuring me in to a deal. Instead, he presented the positive aspects of the car and gave a rational argument for why it was car for me. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience altogether enjoyable, and I will definitely be contacting him again when in need of a car. More

Joe made me feel 100% comfortable with Heiser at all times, beginning with a friendly e-mail based on my initial inquiry through USAA right through to handing me the keys. He is very personable and has a great sense of humor -- two qualities that are important to me. I felt like I didn't just "buy a car," but had a friend looking out for my best interests at every step. My wife also felt the good vibes loud and clear during our dealership visits. Lis was equally enjoyable to do business with. She not only explained the financial information in terms we could understand, but has a sense of humor to rival Joe. This was the first car I had to buy as my husband had always done it before. I was not looking forward to this and cringed thinking about dealing with sales people. I did my research on cars, ratings et always done it before. I was not looking forward to this and cringed thinking about dealing with sales people. I did my research on cars, ratings etc - knew what I wanted. The first dealership I went into was not fun with the manager and new salesman. On Edmunds.com I selected other local dealers and soon received a call from Joe. I liked his attitude, friendliness and how he listened to me on the phone, informative and didn't give a high pressure sales pitch I went between Heiser and 2 other dealers and just felt the best with Joe and Heiser. I also was told Heiser was good to customers for service. In a few days, I decided Heiser was the place ( I told my son and friend advising me that I just felt good about Joe). I went in for my appointment on a Saturday labor day w/e. It was busy but with each "guest" entering the door, they paged someone and were greeted promptly. Joe wasn't a stuffed shirt/high pressure, get it done salesman. He was busy but never made me feel rushed, spent time listening, low key, friendly approach, saying his job was fun. He knew what he was talking about (had other places give me inaccurate information in my Highlander search). I am so pleased. I can take it back that I'd rather have teeth pulled than go buy a car. The financial manager who spoke with me, Ella G, was also so kind, with no high pressure sales, but with well paced, thorough explanations of everything. More
