3 plus hours for routine 5000 mile check is excessive! Minor routine service scheduled @ 2 pm. I arrived at 1:50 and left after 5 missing a scheduled meeting. To put my car on their machines to see why the lights came on costs $89.95. I was astounded but what could one do. After 1 1/2 hours, they finally came and told me that it was only my gas cap that needed to be replaced. $89.95 to tell me that. That is why I am not really singing the praises of Toyota now. More

I witness the cashier have a friendly conversation with the person in front of me however when I stepped up she looked at me with a blank look and said “Yes!” I responded I am here to pay, and versus her getting the paper work she waited for me to pick it up from where the service rep placed it and hand it to her. No conversation still, no hello etc. she told me my total and that was it. I left the dealership thinking I don’t want to come back because of the receptionist. That was rude customer service. More
