We are enjoying our 2008 Toyota Sienna van. Using the Edmunds.com pricing was important to me and I was determined not to pay retail. James Mallak was the salesman that came out when I was looking in their lot. He was very friendly and not at all aggressive. What stood out to me was that he right away wanted to know what criteria I was looking for in a car and only showed me cars in my range. He did not try and sell me something I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in. They were able to offer me a very reasonable deal on the car I was interested in and a couple of days later, after researching to find they had the best offer by far, I ended up driving that car home. My experience with Heiser Toyota has no longer made me dread the whole experience of looking for a car. More

Worked over the internet with Scott June ... I had also shopped at Wilde Toyota online and although they gave me a slightly better price Scott was less pushy and more willing to explain things to me. I am in the media business and have access to all dealers. I reduced my search to 2 dealers one being Heiser. Their willingness to help me find the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford was KEY!! And the key to that sentence is "payment I could afford." I think Todd was very instrumental in that process and James was very kind and knowledgeable about the Rav4 which is what I was looking for. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Heiser. This is my first new car in 10 years. I previously owned a Honda bought new and pretty much drove it to the 227,000 miles I traded it in with. I am very particular and the way I am treated means more to me than most other items.
