3 plus hours for routine 5000 mile check is excessive! Minor routine service scheduled @ 2 pm. I arrived at 1:50 and left after 5 missing a scheduled meeting. To put my car on their machines to see why the lights came on costs $89.95. I was astounded but what could one do. After 1 1/2 hours, they finally came and told me that it was only my gas cap that needed to be replaced. $89.95 to tell me that. That is why I am not really singing the praises of Toyota now. More
