Tire rotation I had scheduled a service appointment for 1400. I arrived ten minutes early and went to the service desk. My car was brought in for a tire rotation and inspection. I was told it would take an hour, possibly less. After an hour and 20 minutes I asked what was going on. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes. My car was finally finished at 1545, an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. It was disappointing it would take so long for such a simple service. Everything else was fine, such a long wait for a scheduled appointment was too much. More
