Problem not solved I keep mentioning a clunk in the rear end and continue to get told that they find nothing. they take if for a short ride and don't notice it. Always Top Notch I have bought two different Toyota trucks at Heiser (2013 Tundra that I traded for my current 2016 Tacoma) and have had most (but not all) of my servi I have bought two different Toyota trucks at Heiser (2013 Tundra that I traded for my current 2016 Tacoma) and have had most (but not all) of my service work done there. The times I didn't go there was due primarily to it being more convenient for me to go to my local dealer in Brookfield since they are much closer. BUT, I will go OUT OF MY WAY to go to Heiser for service work. I've NEVER, EVER had a bad experience at Heiser Toyota. The service folks are excellent, timely, efficient, courteous and extremely helpful in explaining what was done or needs to be done to my vehicle. Work is done in a timely and complete manner. More
