In 2008, I was laid off my job after being there for over 14 years. At the time I was not sure if I would get approved for a car loan. Due to the fact, I was not been on my current job that long. Brian took the time to explain all the options I had. He gave me all of his attention that evening. He made me such a great deal, I did not buy my old lease. I love my new car. More

I went to Heiser after having investigated different cars and dealerships and having decided on a Toyota. I had received good words about Heiser and figured that I would save it until I knew what car I wante and dealerships and having decided on a Toyota. Once I got there they were very friendly and professional and right away gave me the lowest price compared to all other Toyota dealers in my area, by at least 1000 dollars. They were very fast in getting the car I wanted and I have no complaints. More
About a year-and-a-half ago, my wife and I worked with Al Hussein to purchase a used Sienna minivan. Al did a great job, was thorough, and we reached an agreeable price without strenuous negotiating. Even though it's not the closest Toyota dealership for me, I still don't mind making the drive to Heiser to have them service my two Toyota vehicles. Their prices are comparable with other "express lube" me, I still don't mind making the drive to Heiser to have them service my two Toyota vehicles. Their prices are comparable with other "express lube" franchises, but without the shady dealings that I've encountered at those chains. I have not encountered an unusual wait time for regular service. Even so, there is a nice waiting area where you can have a cup of coffee, soda or water and watch TV, work, or read a magazine. More
After shopping around at a few other Toyota stores in the area, I ended up purchasing my new Highlander from Scott at Heiser. The experience I had at Heiser far surpassed the experience I had at the other 2 area, I ended up purchasing my new Highlander from Scott at Heiser. I was interested in a used Sienna. I test drove one and then went away for a couple of weeks to look at others. I then went back to Heiser's website and discovered that the price had come down substantial then went away for a couple of weeks to look at others. I then went back to Heiser's website and discovered that the price had come down substantially. I asked if I could have my mechanic look it over. Their answer was "Sure, we'll draw up a contract contingent only on your mechanic's approval and then you can take it to him to check the car." I was just astonished. Commit to buying it before I could even take it to a mechanic? I was also told that, here in the last month of the last quarter of the year, that the price was not negotiable because it had already been marked down so much and it had been on the lot for so long. Excuse me, isn't that when it becomes most negotiable? Very friendly people until it comes to trying to make a sale, then it gets hardball. More
Heiser Toyota needs to improve on providing consisent customer service. The first time I visited Heiser everyone was very plesant, friendly, and willing to help. I got a quote and went home and thought about it/shopped around. I noticed that some of Heiser's competitors were providing me with lower quotes for the same car. I sent those quotes to Heiser, which they said they would match, but actually sent me e-mails back with quotes that were still a couple hundred dollars over the competitors price. I decided to tell them I needed time to think about it and I received a pushy e-mail back saying that the price they were offering was the best I was going to get and that I had to come in that day to get that price. I felt that Heiser didn't really care about me, they were just trying anything they could to get a sale. Customer service goes a long ways and I feel that they could use a refresh on that. More
