Our experience with Joe was fantastic!!! He was ready for us and had the car we wanted to test drive out front waiting for us. We came in to check out an Internet special on a new toyota sienna and were so pleased with the whole experience. We didn't plan on purchasing a car that day but went in with the intent of checking the toyota sienna and were so pleased with the whole experience. We didn't plan on purchasing a car that day but went in with the intent of checking the car out and then thinking it over as we tend to take weeks even months before we make a big purchase.However the price was so right and the entire staff made it such an easy process when we asked for their absolute lowest price out the door, they printed it right out and explained it, that we did end up buying that day. After we found out our trade in value we left to go home and think and they were still so nice when at other dealerships we have been treated downright rude when we leave to think. When we came back we negotiated a little on our trade in and it was all handled very professionally and politely. We left feeling like we got a fair trade in and an absolute steal on our new car. James was wonderful throughout the whole process and so friendly with our two kids who were beyond done car shopping! We both continued commenting throughout the week on what a great process it was and would wholeheartedely recommend this dealership and particularly James to anybody in the market for a new car!
