YES JOE MALINAUSKAS IS AN AWESOME SALESMAN, AND TEACHER, SO HE SHOULD GET A+ ALL ACROSS THE BOARD AND BE ON THE DEANS LIST AND ALSO ON THE HONOR ROLL. LOL JOE ALSO PROGRAMED OUR NAVAGATION SYSTEM SO WE WOULDENT LOSE OUR WAY HOME SO ON THE WAY HOME SHE WOULDEN'T SHUT UP AND I ALREADY FORGOT HOW TO TURN HER OFF.... I LOVE HOW THE TWO SIDE DOORS OPEN REMOTELY. IT WAS RATHER BREEZY ON THE WAY HOME, BUT IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL DAY SO WE JUST LEFT THEM OPEN LOL. NOW ON THE MORE SERIOUS SIDE..YES JOE IS A GREAT SALESMAN. Heiser Toyota had great costumer service and very competiive pricing that were negotiable. Both the sales consultant and sales manager made us feel very comfortable through out the entire purchasing competiive pricing that were negotiable. Both the sales consultant and sales manager made us feel very comfortable through out the entire purchasing process. Both were very professional, courteous and knowledgable allowing us to leave the dealership with a new vehicle and all our questions answered. They do go the extra mile to ensure the costumer is satisfied. I would recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone. More

I commend and would recommend the Heiser Toyota dealership. Our purchase experience was outstanding due to the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail given by our sales representat dealership. Our purchase experience was outstanding due to the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail given by our sales representative, Shirley Jankowski. Initially, what brought us to Heiser was the television advertisement which implied a trustworthy, hassle-free deal with a fair and good price. I was impressed by the prompt, courteous greeting when we entered, and the fact that we were promptly introduced to Shirley. We knew we wanted a new Camry LE, as we were very satisfied with our 2006 model, so she took us to view the models on the lot and then for a short test drive. Afterwards, we discussed and were offered a price to consider. As a consumer, we chose to check another dealership before deciding. I can honestly say we came back to Heiser because of Shirley's professionalism both in attitude and appearance....that applies to Bill Lawrence, Joe Vicari, Jr. and Frank Balderston, as well. (The other dealership we visited totally lacked any of that in its staff, making me want to run all the way back to Heiser) It was a pleasure to walk into a clean building with a staff that looked and acted as they should, geared to outstanding customer service, and ready to make a deal to suit the customers needs and wants. Shirlely, Bill, Joe and Frank proceeded to work with us to conclude our purchase to our complete satisfaction. Upon picking up our vehicle, Shirley again went over the features of the Camry, offering help with any questions we might have, took us to the Service Department, and went above and beyond in making our experience a positive one. I was very impressed by the fact that the new car manager and business mangers made a point to come out and introduce themselves during our visits, and again, appearancewise, they looked the part. The one thing I admit to not enjoying in a car purchase is industrywide, in that I wish when one picks the model they want the lowest price possible would just be given instead of all the back and forth between the sales person and the manager....even with that dislike that I have, Heiser Toyota and Shirley could not have handled it better. We are totally enjoying our new Toyota, and look forward to stopping in for our 5000 mile/6months check-up. Keep up the good work, Heiser Toyota!! More

After spending all day test driving cars, it was a welcome relief to meet a salesman I didn't feel was pressuring me in to a deal. Instead, he presented the positive aspects of the car and gave a rational argument for why it was car for me. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience altogether enjoyable, and I will definitely be contacting him again when in need of a car. More
