The young man that checked me in was quite personable and a very good listener. I like that before they do any major services to the car, they always come and talk to you about what has been required for the safest maintenance of the car. I appreciate that courtesy. I always feel that my car is in the best possible place for service when I come to Heiser Toyota. All the people from The appointment setter to the cashier are all friendly and very personable. Service advisers always discuss what is needed before any work and after the work is done. They may be on commission, but I never have had a hint of unnecessary work being suggested, Simply, the trust that the advisers to make sure my car gets all needed work and the mechanics will get the job done without the need to correct anything. 5000mile maintenance There was an issue with what drive assure plan the finance department sold me. I haven’t been to the service dept without an unresolved issue. The l There was an issue with what drive assure plan the finance department sold me. I haven’t been to the service dept without an unresolved issue. The last time I came in with a massive piece of steel in my tire to see about a warranty. They told me there was no warranty due to the tires coming free with the vehicle purchase. The unfriendly and dismissive man then told me there was nothing he could do. He didn’t offer to order me a new tire or resolve my issue in anyway whatsoever. I then had to leave and order a tire from somewhere else. That being said if I didn’t have the drive assure plan set up through this dealer I would most likely not return. I’ve had the worst customer service each of the five times I’ve been there. Each time it seems as if the job of the staff is to rush me out and say that they will get ahold of me later to resolve any issue. Which is the case with my drive assure maintenance plan. The man told me yesterday that the finance dept would get ahold of me, or if they don’t that I could call, or if I don’t that we could figure it out in 5 months when I return for maintenance. What kind of resolution is that? It seems like nonsense to me. More
