2018 Prius Prime Two years ago, I began my search for a new car. Since one of my major concerns was excellent MPGs, the choice was clear that I would be buying a Priu Two years ago, I began my search for a new car. Since one of my major concerns was excellent MPGs, the choice was clear that I would be buying a Prius, and specifically, a Prius Prime. Knowing that I could buy a Toyota from any one of the several Toyota dealers in the area, I chose Heiser based on word-of-mouth information from other Heiser customers who spoke very highly of the sales & service departments. Roger has been nothing short of stellar. He made the initial buying experience very smooth and kept me updated as to when my car would be delivered. (It actually showed up a week early!) When we took delivery, he walked us through the initial set-up (pairing my phone, etc). The car was ready to go! More

Going above and beyond What can I say. In the few times that I have purchased a car I go into any dealership with a level of skepticism. Ready for the "pressure sell". Then What can I say. In the few times that I have purchased a car I go into any dealership with a level of skepticism. Ready for the "pressure sell". Then I met Jorgo (pronounced like Georgio) and the Heiser Toyota Team. I came in armed with the exact cars that I was interested in. Jorgo asked a couple questions about what I was looking for and that was really it. He made sure that the cars were in inventory and then gave me the opportunity to drive them and review them. I left after having ample time to look at the cars I was interested. At no point did I feel like I needed to buy any vehicle before leaving. I did decide to purchase one of the vehicles that I had test drove. There was a chip in the paint on one of the doors that I needed them to take care of, which they agreed to before purchase. I agreed to take delivery early the next week to provide enough time for the body shop to take care of the chip. The biggest challenge that I had was a death in the family that required the paperwork to be completed sooner. We scheduled time to complete the paperwork on a Friday and the plan (my plan) was to take delivery the following Monday. We came in at the end of the day on Friday to complete the paperwork and payment, etc. Much to my surprise Jorgo led us out to the delivery bay and showed us that the car was ready to go. So not only did they set it up so that we could complete all of the paperwork, but they also delivered the car to us 3 days early with a nice, clean, beautiful paint job. The chip was repaired and the car looked like new. Overall Jorgo Ndina and Steve (Sales Manager) made this process fantastic. They made my day by getting the car done way before expected and I left a very satisfied customer. I know that I will be looking at the Heiser Toyota inventory first the next time I am looking for another vehicle. More

Stress free looking and buying process My husband and I went into Heiser 2 times before our final (3rd) visit to purchase the vehicle. Each time Al Hussain was professional, not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. We originally came in just to look at what was available, we had not purchased a car for 10 years. He let us know what was available in our price range and we test drove a vehicle. He followed up with a call the next business day and was just looking for an update, but made small talk and was not pushy. The next time we came, we wanted to test drive a different trim level of the vehicle and he let us without trying to push us into a sale. After the weekend, we decided that was the vehicle for us and went in to purchase it. Al was fantastic through the whole process. He never got frustrated or pushy and let us shop on our own time. He explained the vehicle thoroughly to us during the test drive and again when we purchased it, which was fantastic. I left feeling like I knew my vehicle's capabilities and safety features. I would definitely recommend Heiser, but more specifically Al! More
