Service tech could not immediately locate vehicle. Had to wait extra 10-15 minutes to actually get vehicle after all was declared finished. This is the 2nd time we've had a problem with work not being finished when given vehicle back. Our recommendation to others about this service center contains an asterisk as there is some hesitation on our part. Not what we expect from Heiser. More

James Hicks is the reason I keep coming back! I just leased my 3rd car from James Hicks. I have a different Toyota dealership about 5 minutes from my house but I drive the 25 minutes to the Metro I just leased my 3rd car from James Hicks. I have a different Toyota dealership about 5 minutes from my house but I drive the 25 minutes to the Metro Auto Mall location because I love working with James. He is someone who is trustworthy, goes above and beyond for his customers and just really cares. I wouldn't trust leasing a car from anyone else. More

Awesome customer service Roger was very helpful through the buying process of a truck. Was willing to come in on his day off to sign papers and go over the truck with me.
