I had my vehicle serviced recently and I have a few concerns. There were some scratches on my rims that occurred during the tire rotation and there was also remnants of oil that I had to clean off my v concerns. There were some scratches on my rims that occurred during the tire rotation and there was also remnants of oil that I had to clean off my vehicle. Before handing over my truck I asked if care could be taken during tire rotation and oil not to be left on my car. I've purchased this vehicle from this location and only get routine services and maintenance done here. This is not the first time I've had issues here. The next day after my oil change, I noticed a puddle of oil under my car. I immediately rushed my vehicle back in and was greeted by staff that appeared irritable and inconvenienced. I am hoping in return of me completing this survey someone from management will contact me in regards to these issues. More
