When I dropped my car off the night before service, the service rep was rude and seemed like he was having a bad day. He said he had four orders to finish up so I should go and fill out an envelope and dro service rep was rude and seemed like he was having a bad day. Then after my repair they were going to charge me $70 more for a part than what was estimated. After we got that figured out they told me sorry our car wash is broken and I can't give you a coupon. A good service department would have still given me a coupon for a future car wash. Everybody that work there seemed like they were in a bad mood and too busy and it was very unwelcoming. More

I bought my 2015 Toyota Highlander from Heiser in the summer of 2014. I have taken my car for service there ever since. Joe is like the brother I have never had. I've gotten to know him over the years and have informed the owners as long as Joe is in the service department, I will ALWAYS be a customer as he has BUILT my TRUST! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone as they are a family owned business ran by a woman, which I also love! Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle so well.
