Communication around my recall service was extremely poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpe poor. The service advisor I initially worked with was also aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of swearing at him when I did not, raised his voice on the phone, and later stood uncomfortably close and continued to loom over me even after I asked to work with someone else and requested space.
