Not good customer service, when I came in, no one acknowledged me and kept passing me and looking at me while they were helping other customer. Our first impressions were negative. We arrived to look at a car we called about the day before. The salesman we talked to told us he was busy with another customer and asked us to wait We arrived to look at a car we called about the day before. He tried, but everyone else was unavailable. I pointed out a person sitting at a computer and asked, What about him? He then asked Roger and he then helped us. Bottom line is, I didn't think I should have to wait a half hour to buy a car. Roger was very accommodating and brought out several cars for us to look at. Ultimately we settled on the 3rd car that was presented to us. I have an old saying that I like to repeat to companies that I deal with. " we can buy your products at many different places, what you're really selling is service" the company that provides the best service is the one that gets my business. More

Had a great experience working with "Toyota Tom" Lowther in May when we put new brakes on the car and he alerted me that the tires needed to be replaced in the near future. At that time he told me there would be a tire promotion in October, so We planned to replace then. The last appointment for oil change, new tires and a trunk lock that didn't work went very well. I've never once had an issue with these fine folks at Toyota. I was nervous buying a new car but these guys made it easy on me and broke everything down. I've now had it for 42k miles and every time I' Toyota. I was nervous buying a new car but these guys made it easy on me and broke everything down. I've now had it for 42k miles and every time I've brought it in for oil changes, minor service, etc I've been met within a minute of arrival, they tell me a time frame in which it will be completed and adhere to it everytime.
