I am providing an updated review in response to my review on 09/28/23. Upon purchasing my vehicle from Heiser Toyota, I left the dealership with my expectations not met and highly dissatisfied. After lengthy conversations with the Director, Brian Crandall, he assured me that Heiser would make things right. Brian was able to coordinate various services needed for my vehicle, have the representative for Auto Amour, Tom Ripple, personally reapply the protectant to my vehicle, and ensure that when I left, my vehicle met my expectations. The service gentleman, Tom Lowther, was personable and wonderful throughout the duration of my service, providing frequent updates. In addition, the Auto Amour representative, Tom Ripple, exceeded all of my expectations. Tom was personable and carefully listened, validated, and effectively communicated all the steps he was going to take to address the concerns I had brought to the Director's attention. Tom also provided frequent updates regarding the process of my vehicle and personally completed a final walk-through. Tom Ripple made sure I left Heiser Toyota fully satisfied and more. The dissatisfaction that I had after purchasing my vehicle has all been corrected, as the director, Brian Crandall, ensured. Additionally, not only have my expectations been met, but Brian Crandall and Tom Ripple continued to go above and beyond. Both individuals took the time from their vacation and day to provide a check-in regarding the service I had received, ensuring it met my expectations. With this said Brian and Tom were able to address all of my concerns, demonstrate effective communication, and exceed all my expectations! More

My husband and I ordered a Toyota Sienna back in November of 2022 and were told that we could expect to have it in December of 2023. Come October 2023 I was given an update and told we were still on the wait of 2022 and were told that we could expect to have it in December of 2023. Come October 2023 I was given an update and told we were still on the waiting list and that we still looked good for an ALLOCATION date of December 2023. This was not explained to us before then, which we found to be a bit frustrating. December 2023 came and there was no word. My husband and I started calling trying to get an update in what was going on. It was challenging to get ahold of our salesman and when we asked questions we never really got direct answers. Our questions seemed to be danced around and dusted off. Our van was still not done at the end of December 2023, but we were miraculously able to get one that was passed from another customer order. When I went to the dealership to pick it up, it took almost five hours from start to finish. I am fully aware that purchasing a car takes some time. Five hours just seems a little long. A couple times I was told that someone would be coming out or would be ready for me in about 2 minutes. Each time I ended up waiting somewhere in the ball park of half an hour. Waiting is fine, but I don't appreciate being told it will be quick. I would like honesty. Overall, I am giving three stars because everyone we interacted with was kind. I took stars off due to poor communication and what I perceived as dishonesty/lack of transparency with what was going on. More
