I usually do not have a very positive experience at Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had a positive experience, even though I had to wait 4 hours until the work was complete. I did not feel judged or pressured by Kevin. He has a very calming, friendly presence and was able to explain everything to me. He did offer transportation so I did not have to wait there. Overall, I am willing to continue bringing my car for service, but I will be requesting Kevin. More

I couldn't have had a better experience at Heiser Toyota. Excellent selection, very good prices and honest, low-pressure salesmen. It was my first experience at a used car dealership and was afraid of the worst but was lucky to encounter the best. I came up from Illinois for their impressive selection And learned of the benefits of buying in Wisconsin. The state has various laws to guarantee thorough inspections and satisfaction with used cars through dealerships. Good luck with your hunt.
