When I picked up my car, they told me that I was leaking coolant. They showed me a picture of it as well. However, taking it to my mechanic and getting a thorough investigation of the so-called leak, there coolant. They showed me a picture of it as well. I was extremely hesitant about redeeming an oil change coupon not necessarily do to the upselling because I understand the marketing strategy, but because of my negative experience of an extraordinarily l coupon not necessarily do to the upselling because I understand the marketing strategy, but because of my negative experience of an extraordinarily long wait the last time I didn’t bite. It took approximately 3 hours to complete an oil change with an appointment. Nonetheless, $30.00 for a full synthetic oil change was worth a second chance. Luckily my representative was no xx and I was in and out in a little over an hour with only a tire quote. Maybe it was the pending snowstorm or maybe it was the fact my representative was a short timer, but I was glad I gave Heiser a second chance! Oh that car wash was down again:( More
