I've been using Heiser service since I bought my car from them 8 years ago. I've never had anything but positive experiences with them. The personnel are always friendly, courteous, and professional. Communication around my recall service was extremely poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpe poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpectedly without my car over the holidays. The service advisor I initially worked with was also aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of swearing at him when I did not, raised his voice on the phone, and later stood uncomfortably close and continued to loom over me even after I asked to work with someone else and requested space. As a woman, this behavior felt intimidating and inappropriate. More
