Could have been done in one day. In fact, that was the plan. More

I was pretty bummed to be charged $200 for them to run a diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. They also cut the quote quickly when I mentioned another competing quote. I just want an honest shop I can take my car to that I trust to give me the best price and take care of my car. I got an oil change and they said that my oil was very dirty and needed to be replace and they located the tire nail so before buying for Heiser make sure you inspect the car yourself because they are just there to sell you something . My vehicle was at the dealership over a month. I got decent communication and customer service while my car was being fixed. Tony and Derek were very thoughtful through this process.
