This was my first visit to this dealership, and was for the purpose of buying a newer, used car. I am someone who would rather have a root canal than go car shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the dealership, and with my salesman, Jesse. The dealership had a good selection of vehicles and there was no pressure at any time. Jesse was very friendly and personable and I believe it to have been totally genuine. I test drove only two vehicles before deciding to buy the 2011 Hyundai Sonata and paid a price which I considered to be very fair. It will be easy for me to recommend Heart City Automotive and Jesse Morris to any of my family and friends. More

I stopped by this dealership while researching my next vehicle purchase. It was close to closing time but Freddy answered my questions and when I gave him my contact information and asked that he not bad vehicle purchase. I told him I would be able to come in the following Saturday and possibly test drive a car I was interested in. Freddy kept his word and sent me a thank you text and one with the dealership's Saturday hours. When I returned on Saturday Freddy was very helpful but did not pressure me just as I had asked. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. I discussed the financing I wanted and Freddy got everything ready and then introduced me to Brett to go over the paperwork. I was shown the additional warranties available but not pressured to take anything I was not interested in. I also met David, the used car sales manager and he approved a new set of floor mats that I really wanted. The staff at Heart City was very friendly and professional. I felt that I was treated fairly and have never had such a relaxing and actually fun car buying experience! I will definitely buy from this dealership the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. I had a pretty specific vehicle that I was looking for, and none were to be found in my home state of Michigan. Seeing that Heart City had exactly what I was looking for (at a very reasonable price) and wa and none were to be found in my home state of Michigan. Quite simply, I have *never* had a more POSITIVE and truly hospitable car-buying experience. My sales representative Richard and his manager David were consummate professionals, and incredibly kind and enjoyable folks as well. Prior to driving 42 miles to Heart City Toyota, I tried 3 dealerships in Kalamazoo and Schoolcraft trying to decide between a Chevy Cruze and a Toyota Corolla. I was very frustrated with the sales personnel dealerships in Kalamazoo and Schoolcraft trying to decide between a Chevy Cruze and a Toyota Corolla. I was very frustrated with the sales personnel at all 3 dealerships when time was of the essence. I was trying to buy a car before leaving for vacation, to get better gas mileage. I have not purchased a new car since 1981 and was in disbelief that it took days to get a response and sales people who couldn't remember prices they quoted you, or what deal you were working on (both men and women!). In desperation, I tried Indiana even though I live in Michigan and my husband and I were shocked at the difference in how Heart City Toyota treated us versus our local dealer. When my family arrived, Sarah met us outside and knew who we were before before being introduced and immediately offered us a restroom and refreshments after traveling 42 miles. The entire experience was outstanding, but a noticeable difference was two fold; we were very impressed with not only a showroom in the front lobby but a waiting room filled with refreshments and a children's area as well, both complete with televisions! The entire deal was handled so quickly and they even had the car washed and prepped and ready to go for us! Even though Toyota's last a long time, my next car will be from Heart City Toyota. Thanks especially to Sarah who is their Internet Manager that went out of her way to help us! She felt like part of our family! More

My husband was dreading the idea of having to go to a dealership to look for a new vehicle, when my sister and her husband recommended Hart City and Kendall Berg. He hated the thought of trying to deal with a high pressure car salesman. However, they explained that they have dealt with Kendall numerous times at two different car dealerships, over the last 20 years of leasing and purchasing quite a number of Toyotas and he was not that way. I called to be sure Kendall would be there before we went. He spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the differences between several models as well as our options, since we were not sure what suited our needs best. After we narrowed it down and took a test drive, we were quite sure what we wanted. Still, he did not try to push us into a sale. He told us to think about it a while and gave us a number to call him when we were ready. We are grateful for that time, because after thinking about it, we decided to get the Limited RAV 4, instead of the XLE like we had thought we wanted after the test drive. They did not have any Limited in stock, let alone our preferred color, so Kendall explained our options. We picked up our beautiful Limited Rav 4 in the exact color my husband wanted, within the time frame promised. We like it even better than we could have anticipated. Now, my husband is telling people about how easy Kendall and Hart City made it to purchase a new Toyota. More

Richard Cripe did a great job for us at Heart City Toyota! He made buying a used car simple. He was NOT pushy, and gave us as much time as we wanted, alone, to look at the cars and one in peticular Toyota! He made buying a used car simple. No games. It was "cut and dried". The price was very fair. We ended up buying a 2010 Corolla. (The reviews online sold us!) Richard gladly came in on his day off when we came to pick up our "new" used car! He took the time to go over the "bells and whistles" so I'd have no questions once I took off from their lot! He seemed as thrilled with our new purchase as we were! I liked that! It may have been his day off, but he didn't act in a hurry to get rid of us! He also went into many of the safety features of our car, validating our decision to go with the Toyota! Thank you to the general manager for his nice email thanking us for doing business with Heart City. It's the little touches that made this experience so positive. I would definately buy from Heart City again! I would also ask for Richard Cripe! He knows his stuff, and is so accomodating. Now, if the service department is as good, that makes the establishment what it needs to be! No matter how wonderful and dependable the car is or how great the sales department is, if the service center lacks in any way, it tarnishes the name.
